16-Channel High-Power Multi-Zone Amplifier

The Architect 'P' Series superbly complements AudioControl's popular high-power Architect multi-zone amplifier series, delivering 100 watts RMS per channel into 8 ohms and 200 watts per channel into 4 ohms, all channels driven.

16 channels of high-power amplification are output from the compact 2 U chassis, with the Architect P2660 delivering 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 200 watts per channel into 4 ohms, all channels driven. Channel bridging increases power to a remarkable 400 watts into 8 ohms. Benefitting from 35 years of proprietary AudioControl cool-running amplifier design, the Architect P2660 is equipped with features like input bussing, output pass-through, global 12 VDC trigger in/out with local 12 VDC trigger inputs for all zones, and input signal sensing on/off. Bus A includes a coaxial S/PDIF input for a digital source. Amplifier channels and connected loudspeakers are protected by AudioControl's fast-acting LightDrive anti-clipping circuitry.
